2027 Airports Canada Conference

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations sent to [email protected] on or before March 26, 2027 are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after March 26, 2027. After this date, ACI-NA has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-attendance is not eligible for refunds. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to [email protected]. 

ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of the registration fees. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Guest of Attendee (includes GST)
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or associate within the industry may not use the Guest registration category.  Guest registration includes access to select events as listed on the conference agenda.   Each Guest must be the guest of a Full Conference registrant. Guests cannot register on their own.
